thinking of buying a vx calias 2001 model with a gen 3 ls1 5.7 v8,the question i would like to know did these engine come in the corvette?

The LS1 was in vettes from 98-04 C5s 345hp! I'm hoping to put an LS1 into the HQ Panno!

that would be cool,i siad the same thing to the missus,when the vx is past its use by date,that would be a good option for the hq van that i have.then agian i was thinking of throwing a big block in it and put it on club rego.

is not the holden a different version of LS1 eg camaro etc ?

I'd really like to put the chev 572 into a p/van but the dollars are a bit rich for me!

Yeah, detuned and with a different oil pan.

I have both C5 and an SS Ute

might look the same, but the holden one is gutless and noisy as hell compared to the C5
