I need to shorten my exhaust like his!
Apparently he has all the paperwork to prove its real too!

Why do they do that ?

If I had to guess, it would be purely to get the exhaust out as quickly as possible.

could you imagine trying to get in after a few beers??? i can picture getting a foot stuck in the end of the pipe.....

The story of this ZL-1 has been out for a while! I even mentioned it in my story in VETTTE mag back in Oct 06 (which was Dec issue!)

The exhaust is probably straight through! There probably wasnt many laws about noise on race tracks back then?
