I was thinking more like $10 Aussie bucks - after all lug nut covers are about $2.50 USD each.
The two places I have checked so far want between $49.99 and $52.99 USD each. :grr :20

Yep - that price appears to be each. When I saw the price at the first place I thought it was a typo.
I was wrong about that. :an

They are a little cheaper thanks Joe. ;42
I'm going to do a bit more looking tomorrow, and make the best compromise I can on these things and the other items I need so I can get everything shipped from the one place.

maybe one of our sponsors could provide you with a couple at the right price?

I bought a set of 4 for a friend off ebay US site for $18USD and got them to post them to me in a prioroty envelope which was about $6USD.
So start checking ebay my friend. Type in corvette wheels/centre caps to narrow the search.

Thanks VET005. I appreciate the positive input. ;42

Ebay worked - just bought the correct part for $25.70 USD including postage. ;42

I'll vouch for eBaY .....
Even when the listing says 'Posts to says United States only' .... just email them for a price to ship international .... most of them do .... I always buy off sellers that are 'powersellers' with 99% and use PAYPAL.
I'm buying a turbo 700 service kit from Mid West Corvette .... I'll post how much and how I get on with the sale ..... ;27

Well... Ebay has worked for me in the past (and generally does) but I never updated this with the rest of the saga. It was one of those things (and then another) but here's the story...
I ordered the centre cap I needed through ebay - when it arrived the seller turns out to have sent me the wrong centrecap for a 91-92 Corvette. Totally unusable as it would not have even come close to matching. (http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a335/Andrews_pics/Smilies/birdcrap.gif) I emailed the seller who said she would sort it out and send me the correct one with an included envelope so I could return the incorrect cap. I never heard from her again (so I guess she figured out how much the postage was going to cost). Bad feedback was given by myself...
So I bought one secondhand from a wrecker, it looked correct but didn't fit into the recessed hub of my wheel without my removing 1/2 of the tabs and using sealant to stick it to the wheel. I was going to a show and wanted a centrecap on my wheel so it didnt look funny so I did a bodggie to get it there. ;40
Eventually I spoke to chromie and bought them off him, he had them in stock (new GM ones) and I didn't have any dramas. Problem solved. ;42 ;27

All C4s have centre caps with a 3" outer diameter (exc 17" 88-89) but when the wheels started coming out of Japan for the 1991 model year the inner mounting tab diameter changed (increased).
The easiest way to remember is if your front and rear Corvette badges have the "Bowtie" on a red background, your wheel centre cap logo must have a red background. If your badges have the black background then your centre caps must have a black backgound logo. Obviously, this rule assumes your wheels are original to your car.
