G'day gang.  Just got an update from our events coordinator:-

When entering The Lane Cove National Park for our xmas party, use the Lane Cove Rd entrance.  The Park entry fee is $7.00.

The Delhie road  (Fullers Bridge) is closed due to the construction of the Parramatta Rail Link.

You must enter off the Lancove road (De Burghs Bridge)entrance.

We will be at picnic area No 9, Carter Creek.

Just got back not long ago from the Christmas Party.

A big thank you needs to go to everybody who came, days like this are what you make of them and everyone who came made it a great, friendly and fun day. ;42

Big thanks also to the committee who put in so much work to make the day happen.  Thanks to Jenny, Bob, Tracy, Bill, Ray & Joy, Cameron and the rest of the committee for the huge amount of  effort they put into making today the day that it was.  I really hope I haven't overlooked anyone (and often resist singling people out for that reason). ;42

It's really encouraging to see so many people being friendly and having a good time together.  Thanks everyone!  Hope you all had a great day. ;42;42
