Here's an article from Road and Track magazine dated June 1977 on that year's Corvette.
The final year of the great flat rear windows. Nobody likes a rice bubble behind their heads.:22

U like em flat ay?
The more room, the more posibilites...:evil

Possibilities are somewhat limited when neither of the seats reclines.:b2
-
Ahhhh, I got original seats so they fully fold forward. It just so happens they are level with the floor under the dome... then my steering wheel comes of with the push of a button....
See, plenty of room for twister!

I can barely get in and out of my vette much less anything remotely interesting like Twister. Hell, there's hardly enough room for any fun in a Queen size bed!
Now is that because I'm 6'5" or that I've been married for 25 years?:b2
-
Whoa, 25 years! Thats longer than I've been ALIVE!!! How is that possible?
Congrats!;eek

I keep asking myself the same question!;eek
-
Is having a "live" discussion on the forum at 12am a symptom?
Adam
-
Probable cause might be more appropriate. Besides, the Forum clock hasn't been adjusted for daylight saving so it's not that late yet.:b2
-
Ah yea, but wheres the forum clock when need to get up in the morning:b4
This is good, were rigging the usage stats!
Rebel- any posibility of a vette chatroom?:bold

So I take it that means your other half does not read this forum...;ay

You got it in one! Death can be rather painful I hear.;eek

"Whoa, 25 years! Thats longer than I've been ALIVE!!".....you get less for murder these days! :b2:22

I see we have a night shift ....
ps: chat forum idea was put ot our hosting guys. I don't think this version of OS supports it.
-
Maybe we can start an IRC channel? Who knows maybe there is already one...

I'm sure EFNet or IRC Net would have something. I don't want to come across negative to the idea but they are a little messy, server, clients etc and if there's too many people on simultaneously, it's hard to keep track of conversation .... it'd be easier to either set a chat box right here and maintain traffic or register an ICQ address and load that client together with this forum. But again it's another overhead on your PC and I don't think the demand is there from our members anyway.
-
From what little I've had to do with IRC, it's very unreliable to use.
-
I fist used it in 1996 and it all depends on the network/server your on, its vastly improved since then, networks like EFnet and Undernet are now quite accesible.
It's not the most user friendly of things in 2003 but it saves having to write a chat script for the website that there may not be a need for. As Rebel said, there's prolly no demand.
