Think you then lift up and out as bottom is forced into top of dash where it locates by design.

Tried to remove it by force but would come out...and thats y i posted it here whether there is any special trick

No fancy method, maybe there is some sealer behind so just move around .

hello joe,hope that helps,they should just come off with a little force,once the screws up top are out the side pillar needs to be pulled away from the frame by about a inch,thats were 3and 4 are together,its like velcro,then as you can see there is a fastener at the bottom,slide the pillar up and out with a bit of a wiggle,you will get there,good luck...........:24
