Title: Variety Club Charity Day

88Corvette, myself and a about a dozen other leadfoots were invited to a fund raising event for the Variety Club at Oran Park on Thursday. Enthusiasts paid for the privelege of being scared/thrilled/terrified/amused while driven around Oran Park South in a range of muscle machines.

Cars included XB Falcon, SLR5000 and A9X Toranas, WRX STi, Evo8, 88 C4 and 01 Z06 Corvettes, Porsches, old and new Monaros, Lotus Elise and a few dedicated race cars.

The days raised $12000 net for the charity and all the drivers had a ball wearing out tyres and burning a lot of fuel.
