Title: Corvette for Sale
Post by: Brutus on June 18, 2006, 09:55:36 AM
It was a big decision to make and not one we took lightly especially considering all the work I've put into the car over the years I've owned and developed it, but I can no longer justify having 2 Corvettes in my garage when even taking one of them out for a spin is a rare event.

So the Yellow 77 will go.;37

We are going away for a week on Monday so I will post an official For Sale notice in the appropriate page when we return. This is just an notification for expressions of interest so if anyone wants to know a little about the car just click on the small pics in my signature to access my webpage and see some of the many one off features that make this Corvette special.

:D in a week.

Damm.  Will be sorry to see that beast go.  Any chance of crawling under her to get some pictures and measurements of its rear end before she goes.  I want to build one of those 4 links for mine in the future.

You can save yourself the trouble of building your own Cam......just buy the whole car. There are plenty of little one off bits under that yellow outer skin.

Yep that's it.  How about one night we unbolt it and swap my one in.;53

But I would love to get some measurements off it if thats ok. But no problem if you would rather not.  I mean it is your design.  And a damm good one at that.

Some how I don't think Michelle would let me have another one. Mind you if it was a 59...........she loves them.

That's a bloody nice job youv'e done there, i'm about to start rebuilding the rear of mine in a week or two, seeing stuff like that with a little ingenuity inspires me to do a good job. think i'll have to resist the urge to do something similar though. otherwise i'll never get to drive the bloody thing!
sorry to hear youv'e got to let it go, sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet though.

We went for a little get away trip down to the Riverina for a week just for a bit of a break.
Anyhow, I'll get working on a nice For Sale ad soon.
Thanks for all the nice comments too guys. Let's hope we can find a new owner who will appreciate it just as much.

If they don't you should reserve the right to take it back.......... and keep the money of course ;43

Once you put you add up here on the forum, don't forget to send me some pictures so I can get it uploaded to the web site "For Sale" section.

Brutus,  I was just made aware that adds on our WEB SITE, not the forum but the WEB SITE cost $50.  Sorry about that.  I'm still learning. Let me know if you would still like to do that.  But still put you add up here.
