We are in too, Allen and Kerry. All going well we will be in the vet. It's not far off being finished, getting rego and hitting the road. :pepper:
-
Good to hear. From the early feedback we might overflow the guest house. No worries the proprietors have volunteered to manage any extras locally. Can't wait!

Hi Alan, Proprietors have offered a "hearty soup" if we choose or the pub next door can also do meals. I like the idea of cheese and snacks after a big lunch.
Lunch is in the licensed restaurant so no need for BYO but I'd suggest a glass or two on the verandah or one of the parlors is a sure thing later on. The management have no problem with us bringing our own. They have also indicated they will buy in any brand we want if required. They want us to be happy.
Breakfast is included in the price and there are a couple of coffee shops real close so all boxes are ticked.
In short bring something for the evening. It's going to be social. :thumb:
If anyone has any special requests let me know so I can pass it on to the Guest House staff.

:bump:
Still 4 low cost rooms available.
Get in quick, they will go.
If attending for lunch only, let me know here or on 0412 144 461 to ensure a place at the table.

Just confirming Sharon & I will be there for the feast, not sure whether I need too or not. However now I have, see you all then

:drunk: Hi Gary, just reminder that Sue and Ken for lunch only :hi:

Hi All, Just putting it out there if anyone else is coming from the "Shire" or the East that would like to meet up somewhere for the run to M4 truck stop meeting point? Any suggestions on place and time?

Hi All.
A reminder to pack your winter woolies as the weather bureau has predicted very low temperatures. (I personally hope it snows!!!)
As lunch will not finish until late afternoon, the proprietor is making a hearty soup with garlic bread for us to help ourselves to in the evening. It is $15 a head for those interested.
Whilst this is a guest house with only "guest house services", that is no fridge nor TV in bedrooms, I am sure we will all embrace our stay, sharing good times, good food, good wine with good friends. C u all Saturday :santa:

I would also like to thank and congratulate Gary and Jackie for organising such a wonderful event. This was the first time Kerry and myself have attended a club function since joining and if this is an indication of how good they are it won't be our last. :fantastic:
I would also like to thank Neil and Jeff for the assistance they gave me when the gremlin appeared again with starting the vett. Also thanks for all the advice and hints on possible causes and remedies from other members, I will certainly be using these tips when I get stuck into finding the nasty.
Thank you all
