Centre line of bolt to ground, this cradle carries the 250mm diff aluminium out bearing hubs.
The earlier VE cradle mounting for the bottom control arm in a different setup.

You need to join up at performanceforums. It's about the only aussie car forum around that hasn't died, and there are a lot of smart older blokes (ie over 30) on there doing silly things with cars.

Cool, the newest member is listed as joining a few weeks back, which wouldn't be true.

it would appear that the moderators there don't check new applications to often.

Now for my dimension .
working backward from the wheel and tyre dimension. I would suspect the dimension im looking for is
On a stock VF about 240mm
on a VF GTS about 220 mm
I have an appointment this Friday to take a few measurements on a VE GTS .not the exact same rear cradle buy the style and arrangement are similar enough to make some observation in relation to the overall system.
used in the VF gts .
I'm interested to know if the stock Toe adjust rod is parallel to the ground a ride height. I would think it should be however I can see reasons why is could be angled upwards from the cradle pivot to the wheel carrier mounting point.
