Well after much a do, and searching, I cant find a replacement, Bfit has aasured me it will come out with 350° in oven, the wife says over my dead body will  it get into her oven.

Since pump is RS, cut a fine slot down the pump body where the threaded section is, 3 hits with cold chisel, metals splitting, butane heat, more heat and more.
Giant shifter and out it came, after a brush up etc - looks definitely second hand but will be servicable.

Since I've by-passed the TB water circuit, I now need to figure out the water flows, and lash out on a water tap/valve, maybe a vac operated holden or ford part. Somewhere under that dash is a vac hose or port that should be for this function.

Its funny but I cant use the 90 as a template, even though under the hood is OEM original, since the tap/valve must be inside the fire wall, whilst the earlier C4's (ie. 87) its right next to the motor.

Go to Bunnings in plumbing section you will find a chrome BSP male female extension about 3" long then get a hose tail from Hydraulic shop
