After discussions with the committee and management at Totally Home Bella Vista, we have moved the date of our Club Show and Shine to another time in the hope that it will allow more of our members to particpate in the day due to March being a very busy month this year.
The new date is 18th May 2008 - entry forms will be out shortly.

Get your entry forms in as soon as possible. They were in a past issue of the club magazine or you can down load them from here, two posts up from this one.

No final numbers yet Toyvet. We only know based on who has put their entry form in so far.
We aim to have 70-75 like last year.
If you know you are coming PLEASE make an effort to get your form in ASAP as it makes planning much easier and less last minute for the organising committee.
Yes, we are planning to have another dragster there this year again. ;42

Spoke to Morris and he is looking good to have his drag car there. He is trying to see if ha can get another Vette drag car too. No promises.

I will definetly be there. I don't have the car yet and I have only sat and driven a 1980 vette onto a hoist when I was a mechanic, so you can see why I am anxious to get my car. I will be bringing my son also. Hopefully I will
put some faces to the names and join the club.

great show indeed...It was good to catch up with everyone, been really busy lately due to work commitment but finally managed to make it.

Just a quick note to thank everyone who supported the day. After the weather reports leading up to the day more than a few of us were just a little bit worried about how our day might turn out. Thankfully we were blessed with nice sunny weather with a cool breeze and a great day was had.
A big thank you goes out to everyone who contributed to the day: The members who took such pride in displaying their cars to put on a great display, Totally Home Management for their support in making the day happen, Dulwich Hill Auto One for their contribution towards filling everyones showbag, George from www.showoffyourwheels.com for covering our event, the members who donated their time towards judging their fellow members cars, the committee members who donated their time in making sure everything happened, from making telephone calls to supporters of the day, parking cars under the guidance of head marshall Bob, ensuring showbags were provided and filled, to parking cars, tallying judging scores, selling club clothing, sorting trophies, erecting awnings, you name it. Thanks to all, you should all be proud of how you represented your club today. ;42
