Title: New meeting venue

I read in the Club magazine that a new meeting venue is being sought.

The old Greyhound Club (now called Arena Sports Club) was a pretty good venue and we had good size attendances there. Plenty of parking, too.

IIRC, the main reason that we moved was that the then secretary did not receive the room booking renewal notice -- owing to an out of date mailing address  -- and we lost the meeting room to another mob.

From what I gather, the venue has since undergone a lot of modernizing and has a vastly improved range of meals on the menu:

We are still communicating to Brighton golf club , as well as an alternative that is more centrally located .
I am hopeful we will have something sorted  by the end of this month.
