Torx heads, I hate those bloody things. It's only to hold down the valley cover inspection plate and if I'm ever taking that off the manifold will be off too.

Mate i seen to many alan head drives round out
I hate to see them under 1/4 drive
Is the block helicoiled

Where it's warranetd. The inspection plate screws onto the valley cover not the block. Where the valley cover screws onto the block alan heads will not be used

Yeah I reckon if you per-assembled the inspection cover with the right blue stuff sealant and let it set you could even get away with not fitting those bolts that fouled out, worst come to worst that is :bouncesmile:
