So 70Vette can I ask ya ? Yo simplify this post what size rim & style rim did you em up with in these pic's  and what size tyres did you end up fitting ?

The rims are American Racing, Torque Thrust D's, 8.5x15 with a 3.75 back space.
The tyres are 255x60x15.

I was concerned that the tyres may have stuck out a little to far as these size rims are not a suggested fit for a c3, if you ask American Racing. They suggest a 16" rim with the same dimensions as the standard rim. To me that looked like to much of the same(stock).

After looking at some old school photos I decided to stick with the 15" wheel as it gives the car a more muscular stance and I had already purchased new tyres.
The rims don't rub whilst driving even with a 3/4 tank of fuel but there is a small rubbing noise coming from the right front on severe lock when reversing. Possibly on the front inner guard I presume that I may be able to eliminate most of that with a wheel alignment.

Other than that, at this stage I am very happy with them :grin:.
