Just received this link by email today. Not sure if it's breaking news or been around before.
Guess we can look forward to seeing a new Caddirack, Brazer etc. as time goes by.

I think there is some poetic licence in the contence
Designed to miss lead
Like 7 out of 10 cars built out side the US
GM is world wide company
Holden is a GM Company  most countries have their own GM brand
Why not china?
I would think this has a political origin

If our present government were the government of the day back in the 40s
Holden would not have got of the ground
Abbott would have said NO.
And a Pinocchio lead government would put up laws to make it hard and give the best jobs to the faceless men
some one would leak where the plants were to be built to assist their state associates to make killing.
and the greens well the communist would have sorted them out.
