Nostalgic Taillights for the C7 Stingray: Is This Kit Real?
« on: February 13, 2013, 09:08:01 AM »
From the pages of http://www.corvetteforum.com

No aspect of the C7 Stingray has caused more controversy than the taillights. And while we've seen some renderings of what the new Vette would look like with traditional round lamps, this is the first I've seen of a kit for those who can't get past the new look. But is it real? More importantly—do you think they'd sell if they were?

The address mentioned in the ad is for an Italian Corvette forum, and was spotted by the guys at GM Authority, before being picked up by CorvetteOnline.

I hadn't really taken much notice of the rear end but looking it up, eek, if those lenses were clear I could easily mistake it for the front end of some weird Jap car.
