Wanted - 88-96 rear brake calipers

Hi guys, I am working on a project and want a pair of 88-96 rear brake calipers and mounts.
Prefer ones I can just bolt on but will consider ones requiring reconditioning.

What  size rotor did they come off (dia and thickness) and what is the piston size? I wanted the C4 late because of the handbrake but could work with the internal expanding.

I  understand that the earlier C4 has the expansion shoe type brake similar to the C3
 and the later has the park brake in the caliper
