1960 Corvette Fuellie

I recently imported a 1960 Fuellie into Australia (Sydney), it is coming to my belief that there are no mechanics out there who know anything about these cars.
I have had it for 10 months, spent thousands and now I am left with a garden ornament.
If someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction, and thats not North Head , it would be greatly appreciated.
