Wheel alignment issues
anychevy:
Just replaced the front lower control arm bushes and ball joints and found I can only get ~ 1.5○ + caster without going into + camber and there's no room for more shims.
I read on corvette forum alot of guys "slot" the shaft for fore and aft movement and there is also a MOOG kit for added camber which also allows for more shims.
Has anyone tried either of these, or have another solution ?
I've got very little wheel return out of a corner now.

Mate
72vet will see your post
he has or had a spare set of offset
top brackets the allows for more adjustment
you mate consider a spreader bar across the top of your spring towers

I think this is what I need, but I'm not sure if this is the MOOG version or Van Steel's ?

I think you will find this is the still of bracket 72Vet has ( or had a few months back left of from his rebuild )
