Hi everyone,
I just bought my first corvette. I was in California last week and bought a 69 matching numbers tri power 400hp convertable.
I had no intentions of buying a corvette as i also own a 66 ford mustang convertable.
I test drove the corvette and instantly fell in love with this car!
The power of a big block is awsome.
After doing a little research, I bought it! now i cant wait till i get it back home.
I looked in the black book and it says that they only made 2077 Tri powered 427 400hp, so i think i bought a rare car.
Does anyone else here have the same car?

Welcome to the forum Dan and congratulations on the purchase of the BB Vert. Any Pic’s?
Yes, there are a couple of 69 Tri powers in the club but their owners aren’t active on the forum.
The only thing left for you to do after the car arrives, is sell the mustang. :ral:

Our new corvette. What is something like this worth here in Australia?
Im going to insure the car through Shannons, but have no idea what it is worth. As you can see, Its in REALLY good condition.
Matching numbers, Receipts for engine re-build 1500miles ago ($6700)
Help with an estimate on what I should insure it for would be appreciated.
