Vale to Doug Barr

With our deepest regret we inform you that Doug Barr passed away early on Tuesday Morning 29th November 2011. I had the pleasure of knowing Doug and his wife Meagan for quite a few years and have had lots of fun with them on northern runs and at conventions.Doug worked for Davco and was often away working all around the world. When he could he loved to go cruising in his current C4 affectionately known as Black Betty and before that he owned a C3.
For most of this year Doug has been battling cancer and members may remember that I mentioned this a couple of times at meetings. At this sad time our thoughts are with Meagan and his family.
Regards
Peter Cox
