Reklaw:
I bought a pair of the new Edelbrock E-Street Alloy heads from Summit. $US 899 for the heads, $US 460 odd for freight. Made for a cheap pair of alloy heads, although they're not Edelbrock's top shelf stuff. Didn't get pinged for Duty or GST either. Thought I would because the Invoice total was over $Oz 1,000.

Well come on Bob (Reklaw), we all like to see pics of new goodies.

Lucky you didn't get pinged for GST etc.  Don't often get a win with Tax.

I know back when I was building Priscilla I was using a particular freight company who were really good and freight costs were not too bad but towards the end of the 3 year build the cost had almost doubled.  So tell me guys, how are you all getting your stuff shipped these days?

that is an interesting  question
I would not have thought there would be a  difference
easier to make all the cyl blocks the same

I'm pretty sure they are different in the C3's between auto and manual but I will stand corrected.  I'm a bit rusty these days.

Maybe one of the more knowledgeable lads will chime in.

mick:

Camo:
