 The pilgrimage to Queensland for the Corvette Classic - New location - Chermside.

Two options

Option # 1 - This may sway the C2 -C3 owners! We are after all built for speed & looks, not comfort!


Leaving on the 8th - Meeting at Thornleigh Macca’s for an 8am departure for the drive to Woolgoolga, Which is about a 6hr drive.

Accommodation -  Diggers Rest Motel

Friday morning, wake up refreshed & continue to Chermside Motel

Meet at the Northern end of Brooklyn Bridge F3 on the 9th, Friday morning, departing at 5:30am sharp!

The return home on Monday again is your call – Drive straight home or stopping overnight at Woolgoolga.

There are some that are staying for the week and enjoying the warmer weather - your call

4 vettes & 1 trolley met at Maccas Thornleigh for our trip to Chermside – The Corvettes Down Under Car Club Show n Shine.

We had a smooth (at times very wet!) journey to our o/night stop at Woolgoolga where we enjoyed a few drinks before a welcome rest.  Next arvo we arrived at our Brisbane accommodation and another 3 vettes eventually joined us.

Congrats to Wayne, Warryn, Danny & Gary on winning  trophies in their class & distance traveled.

:ado: time was had by all – see photos – and thanks again to the Qld club for another great event & great company.
 We’ll be back next year – with a bit of luck with our car. :pepper:
