Baer Brakes for C4
Stingraynut:
That's good to know about the AU front brakes. I have dual pistons on my 88 and the brakes are good now that I have replaced the racing pads but it would be good to source local parts for next time.
I have Holden rear pads, they're slightly too fat ands have to be sanded to fit on.

'84 - '87 pads are the same as a Camira. :an

It's so good to find out what local parts fit - so far all I've found out about is the heater blower =WB Holden
Do you know anyone who would know about the 88 ?

I've got Harrop front brakes- callipers, discs, hats. They are sensational. Also expensive (about $5000).
They fit under 89 17" standard rims.
They are Aust made, and harrop back their product.
I looked long and hard at US and Euro options, and reckoned the local product was cost effective.
If you have the skills /engineer to adapt Brembo or similar, that might be an option.
