Just went back to the shop and the guy had another crank and rod. He also sells new motors on their own for $140. Even if I blow one a month its still cheap wheels.

Yeah fun alright, try the frame of the bike breaking in two where the motor mounts. The vibration of the motor fatigued it.
I welded it back together and reinforced it.
Lets see whats next.

What's next should be rubber engine mounts by the sound of it. :-)

bootlegger:
Ive been thinking about that but the motor needs to be rigid to keep the chain in algnment. Ill think of something.
