DOES THE ENGINE CRANK OVER ?????
If not then prob a VATS problem. If crank and no fire ECM / CCM related.
You need to pull the codes to see what is in fault.
Jumper pins A & G on the ALDL under the dash. and turn the ignition to the "on" position but don't start the car.
Then look at the LCD display on your dash.
( See
http://www.corvettebuyers.com/c4vettes/codes.htm)
The LCD display should automatically start sequencing through the various modules (1, 4, & 9) and will show any trouble codes that may have occurred in each of those modules.
The 3 modules it'll display are:
Module 1 for the "CCM" ,
Module 4 for the "ECM",
Module 9 for "ABS/ASR."
After your display has finished doing it's automatic sequence, you should simply see "1.0" on your LCD display.
Now hit your "Trip/Odo" button once. You should see the display change to "1.1" This is where your CCM codes are stored.
Now, just hit your "Eng/Met" to simply scroll forward through every trouble code that you may have had. To move backward through each of the codes, simply hit the "Fuel Info" button.
Write down each of the codes, current codes will show a "C" in front of the trouble code number; history codes will show an "H" in front of the trouble code number.
When you're done writing down the codes, simply turn off the ignition and remove the A/G jumper.
The Buttons:
The "Fuel Reset" & "Trip Reset" buttons switch you between each of the Modules.
The "Gauges" & "Trip/Odo" buttons switch you between various functions within each module.
