I have had FedEx leaving messages for me about a parcel which is not for me trying to arrange delivery.  I haven't been able to get to the bottom of things because FedEx hasn't left any pertinent information for me to be able to follow up with.  If you'd like your parcel give me a call so we can sort things out.

I may not be able to answer so please leave a voicemail and I will return your call when I am able.

Will do, and will emphasise the need to ensure buyer's address is clearly stated in the order otherwise it defaults to the Club address.

Personally, I've given up on Ecklers. I have found their delivery to be very poor indeed. I now use Zip Products and Mid America instead.

I got some stuff from Eckler's recently and they charge too much for postage compared to others, however with a club discount it is still slightly cheaper in most cases.

Mid America were pretty good too.
