To cut a long story short; when I was a kid [5 years old, 1966] an old Aboriginee [could have been forty for all I know, when you are that age?] told me that if you were bitten by a blue tongue lizard that the wound would re-appear on a regular [annual??] basis. Looks like you are the "test tube". I have never met anyone who suffered a bite!!

We had a pet Blue Tongue for a while and my brothers got bit all the time, I didnt because I feed it beef mince all the time!
