Hello gtc,

I think that anywhere between 7.45 and 8am is fine, but if you want to beat the ques, 7.30am...

Even if you get there at 8.15, it doesnt matter as we have a designated area to park for the vettes, so you wont miss out.

I will be there at 7.30am.

Thanks

Hello Vetters ,

It was a :ado day today, at 100 Anniversary GM Day show 2008 @ Penrith Panthers .

The weather was fabulous, the people were super happy and we had a total of 35 corvettes on show...  wow, it looked more like a corvette show than anything else. and the quality of cars was superb.

I was stationed at the entry gate at the begining and people were coming up to me asking if it was our show!

Thankyou to everyone who turned out to support the day and also the club with your beautiful cars.

I took about 44 pics in all... here are some for your viewing in no particular order (oh..sorry to dial up users):

Our lovely corvette bunnies and marquee area

Setting up and balloon duties

Richard Dicksons - best unrestored corvette

Malcom Cummin - best restored

Thanks again to everyone who participated, sorry i couldnt post all your cars here and also a big sorry to Russel Baily (whos lovely black 67 corvette convertible) took out peoples choice, i didnt take a picture of ;37

A great day indeed, and a heck of a good Vette roll up. I think our main competition numbers-wise was from the FX/FJ mob.

Thanks M!

congratulations Michael and all who participated. Looks like the club was well represented. I could not make it as I was doing my first supersprint in the zo6 at eastern creek, pics to follow soon. There is a good collection of pics from all GM day on www.carsofaustralia.com.au/events.
cheers
