that baby.
Interiors are reletively cheap to replace (ie. carpeting & seats etc) and I am getting the dash replaced anyway when i move back :)
whatchall think?
Brutus:
Very nice car, but there are some who would say to steer clear of Cross Fire Injection. I don't know enough about them to offer an opinion tho there must be a reason why they are lovingly called "Crap Fire ".
Vette Obsessed:
From my understanding I don't think there is anything particularly wrong with the cross fire motors. I think the main problem people have is getting them to make much more power and that they don't put out all that much power in stock form (no offense to any cross fire owners out there).
In the case of C4's Tuned Port motors are much easier to get more power out of and aftermarket parts are much more readily available when compared to cross fires.
Brutus:
VO...your right there, but also the fact that they're aren't many hot up parts for the X fire also makes them limited in the eyes of some.
Scott81:
It looks like a nice car to me, what C3 doesn't need something really.
Now, just offering an opinion here. If I were to buy another C3 in the 73-82 range my choice would be the 1980. Why? Last year with no computerized crap on it, available with a 4-speed (yes I know 81's had them). But, not having the computer on the car makes things easier to work on when it needs to be fixed IMO, and one less part to fix when it fries. Just thinking out loud.
