The place in Castle hill is called The Bronzing Studio. I dont have their number but you should be able to find it. They are really expensive. All they do is prepare the part as you would if you were going to spray paint it. The final coat of primer has a conductive element to it that the chrome can bond to. Ive thought of using the process to chrome die cast parts that are all pitted. Dave

Now there's a good idea.  Might be worth checking that out while ya there Brian.  If your only displaying and not attending I will be there Sat to take pics and can have a look around for ya.

Let me know.

On a side note I did a google on the subject.  There is a fair bit of info out there and some forums where people are talking about this subject.  Too many to list but here is the google link.  Might be worth you checking out some of the links.

The only one I have found is the Bronzing Studio and I will be taking some small bits to them for a firm quote but as to the other pieces I was thinking off judging by the rough estimates over the phone waaaayyyyyyyyy too expensive . Not sure cause they seem only game in town or what
