July 1st Go Karting day at Eastern Creek

;35 ;35 Just an update of people that have confirmed they are going.
Cameron 77C3 , Miss Cameron 77C3 [MMM]( be worried ), Jolinari , Brianvet , Boshvete + 2 others , Mr502 , Madvet , Reserved , Smokem , Mrs Smokem ( be very worried ) , Vet005 , Vetnut , VO , Z06 , 69vette , 72vet. Plus another 11 guy's (29) in total.
For the ones that are paying on the day there is a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions so bring $$$$.
Due to the amount of people they have to split us into two groups you still get the same amount of track time.

If you're going to the BBQ could you please bring along a chair or two. There is seating available but not for 30 + people (Anyone want to be chef for the day), don't forget there is a $5.00 per head for the BBQ any profit will go to the club kitty

Directions:-
If traveling westbound on the M4 take the Reservoir Rd Blacktown exit, turn right onto Reservoir Rd and follow it till you reach the Great Western Highway, turn left onto Great Western Highway till you reach the Shell garage at Eastern Creek ( abt 4-5 kms ) turn left into Brabham Drive.Go through the first roundabout under the M4 freeway ( you will see Eastern Creek Raceway) turn left at the roundabout (UBD Page 187 N14) head along the service road for about 800 meters till you get to the end. Parking is on the left.

The track is 1.24 km's in length very fast
Each group will have
Warm up 3 to 4 laps 5 minutes
Heat 1 - 8 laps ;54
Heat 2 - 8 laps ;54
Heat 3 - 8 laps ;54
Heat 4 - 8 laps ;54
Grand final 12 laps ;54

Max called me today. He lives up at Leura in the mountains. He will be carless that day and is going to come down in the train. Is there anybody that is either:-
A) coming down who lives in the mountains
OR
B) could possibly pick him up at one of the railway stations on that line
