1980 headlight problem

my buddy gus has an 80 vette.he had overheating problem the other day...it boiled,prolem is now fixed(bad bottom hose) but now his headlight dont work..his manual says there is a circuit breaker,but he cant find it or know how to reset it when he does find it.any help? cheers.

hes thinking it got water in circuit somewhere.he needs a quick fix as its off to adelaide on thursday for conversion

Could it be as easy as a vacuum hose come off or a faulty/damaged  headlight actuator????

Yeah, good point 69DR.  Does his head light come up?  If it does not it's a vacuum hose.

If it does come up but does not light, try these pics.  They are for my 77 but they may help.
