C5 was fitted with compliance last week and registered, had to go home for a funeral, got picked up by Singleton highway patrol for no front plate, $308 plus points, after 10 years of vettes ugly front plate has to go on
Thanks again Singleton HWP revenue raising CK suckers, probaly would have bee cheaper if I had been speeding;48

That sucks.  Is there a place to mount the plate on the c5?

Sign up and bring her to the Darling Harbour Show on Pyrmont bridge 5th Nov.  I, and I'm sure many others, would love to have a look at her.

I have finished my beast and she will be there.  You can check out my floor mod that you gave me the idea for way back then.

There is, but it only accomodates 5 digit plates.

(and it looks better without the front plate with the factory insert in place)

It's a shame they felt the need to ping you Panther, sounds like you got someone on a bad day or with a chip on their shoulder.

so Dave speaks more than one tongue, we should have a chat about that, or maybe it was the beer

Anyway I have some ideas, have to see what I can come up with , I have 5 digit plates, not much room under the nose

I've heard that they can still bust ya for having it mounted on the under nose skirt. (But I'll stand corrected on this.)

Keep us posted on what you end up doing Panther.

Hey Dave....."him speak with fork tongue" ;39

yup lotta beer and ....um.. rum last nite. !KOWABUNGA GANG! Unlikely I'll be more succint(?) today, but to no avail. Was sayin' that nice policeman was not really nice at all and a lotta swear words. "Everyone, ... ill thorts an voodoo" meant give ol' Panther a break and let us all direct direct our unappropriate thoughts to that highway patrol loser. Police are much like us, but unfortunately some are mislead(?) and do not love Corvettes like we do. Oh well, cryptic swear words......
Lovin life and these Corvettes!
