Can anyone recommend some one that is good at replacing weatherstripping on a C3, especially the rear hatch window?

Hi Greg
C3's weather seals for rear windows
1968-72 is a removable rear window and is a little tricky

Run cardboard around the rim of the rear screen frame (it is a spacer) then sit the weather seal on the frame
Put urethane on the body where the seal sits and then put the rear window into place locking it into position and leave for 48 hours. Don't forget to check to see if there is any urethane squeezed out onto paint work if there is remove it while it is still wet with the correct solvent.
i suggest that with 1968-72 that you do a dry run before you put the urethane on.
1973-77 rear windows are bonded in like the front windscreen is
1978-81 rear windows are also bonded into place like the front windscreen is.
1982 models had option of left up rear window this weather seal is simple to fit as it is glued to the body easily like 1984 and later types. Some 1982 Corvettes had a bonded rear screen like the front windscreen.
Hope this helps;42

Thank you for the information guys.  Right now I would rather take it to someone that could put the whole kit on at one time.  Do you know of anyone who has done Vettes before?  The one piece rear hatch glass is what I am concerned about and getting it to fit water tight.
