G'day gang. This is Part two of the Shannons Eastern Creek Classic. There were so many great pics I decided to split the thread to speed up the down load time.
So following on from the original thread..........
Great Pics Joe
Mother nature had turned on the sunshine for us and it was looking like it was going to be a great day.
Andrew, Bill and I got there at 7.30am. It was not long before the rest of the group stated to roll up and before you knew it, we were all there.
The clock ticked over to 11.30am, and it was time for our run around the track.
The gang started to make their way down to the staging area.........
And began to shuffle themselves into place.
Some were happy to just throw out a wave.......
While ohers were busy mounting strange devices to the roof of their vettes:grr
It was not long before they were all in place and ready to get out onto the track.
They started to make their way out. There were the stockers...
Right through to the tyre eaters.
Slowly the grid formed up in a long line ready to go. It was a great sight from my high view point. The line was so long that I had to take it over a few shots.
They had a fun couple of laps. All returned safe and sound but one had a small problem. Any guesses as to what it might have been :24
Well I had a fun day. Looking forward to catching up with you all next time.
Don't forget to send your shots to Peter p for our web site and make sure you say who they are from and what event it is.
