Hub caps restoration help

i just had a peek at my ecklers cat... you can buy original new caps for $99u.s. each or a set of 4 for $349....just a thought....:b2;--;-)

hey glen thanks for the thougths dude...however i d like to keep the original parts
i havent got the quote yet...All metal chrome bumpers will be doing them....will keep u tuned

You know that only the centre of the centre hub cap is what is chromed? The rest is stainless steel including the dress rim.
The chrome centre of the hub cap unbolts from the stainless steel section. Well on my ones at least.

al metal bumpers..if that is the one on malta street villawood,it is now called aston metal finishers...if so.a word of advice,they do a top job...they are expensive.....and they take a ridicullouse amount of time with no apoligy....i have been burnt twice from them and they will never get any work from me ever again....when i asked for a discount for the 3 to 4 months it took to chrome my rear bumpers the manager said would you like a discount on your quality...my interpretation is smartarse.....;49;49
