the nut and bolt on the shaft above A has to be undone then undo the shackle nuts and bolts and it has to be levered apart, if you cant part it enough you may have to unbolt your steering box. the rivet is part of the coupling and stays with it your new coupling if you use neoprene will have nuts and bolts that you put on yourself in place of the riverts. you would get your new bits from repco etc. It may not have problems with heat.

well Ford apparently do not make this paert anymore...so i am trying to get it, if any1 out there knows where i could get 1 please mention so
