Fiberglass rear spring (which weight ?)

I want to get a fiberglass rear spring and I see you have 3 wieght choices standard 315lb, heavy duty 330lb & high performance 355lb.

If anyone can shed light on what they recommend, that would be great.

i think it is 360 i have on mine. It is second highest available from "vette brake products" works well, but must be used with premium shocks. Is surprising amount of weight at rear.

FWIW, lighter spring, thicker sway bars.  Matched ft and rear of course.
