you hook indicaters into the reverse lamp wires under the dash then use a diode to isolate the reverse lamps therefore retaining both reverse and indicaters and looks original.

G'day people!

Trying to convert my tail lights so that my reverse light becomes the amber light (swap bulbs, and get rid of reverse light use).

Anyway, what wires do I have to do it with?  I could get the indicators to come through the reverse light lense by swapping the wire (dark green off memory), but the light wasn't alternating on/off like an indicator should.  

Is there another ground or something that I need to swap over?
