17" sounds good for a C3 IMO.

I would just like to fill out the guards....thats why I want to drop the rear end.

17" is about as far as you can go without a "ricer look" IMHO.  C3's need a bit of sidewall for that muscle car look!

I sure as hell don't want a rice look!!
