I can vouch for this guys.  He is a really good operator.  Ecklers use Bax Global too for the heavy/large stuff which makes life easy.

They are like any shipping company, you have to track the goods on your computer and keep in contact with Rob but he will make sure you don't pay more than you have to and as long as you keep in touch with him you'll get your goods pretty quick smart.  The guy even dropped MJ's parts off himself as he lives down MJ's way.  You could not ask for better service.

I've put MJ and 69DR on to him and as far as I know they have not had problems.

If you guys need any information on using this company or the new stat decs we have to fill out now, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hey Cam,

What stat decs are you talking about?  I'll want to bring in some parts someday and need to brush up on the ins and outs.
Bye,

I gave a copy of it to the Pres. of the club for members to access.

Basically if your goods are COMPLETELY made in the USA you do not have to pay duty.  The new rules say that we, the importer, have to fill out a stat dec declaring this is so.  Remember the responsibility is on us now to prove that they are completely USA.  If you are found in error......look out.

I have a copy on my computer at home if you cant get it off Gary.

Wish I could aggree with you guys just had my first ( and last ) experience with Bax, ordered stuff from Ecklers who said they could use Bax, thought ok on all the above but when my goods sit in Sydney for over a week even with numerous calls from me then to get charged over $220 in their LOCAL charges( excluding GST ) has left me with a real bad opinion :o now I'll get off

If ya don't keep on it, then yeah, goods will take a long time.  But if ya contact Rob, who has a thing for muscle cars, he usually gives it a personal touch.  Least that my experience.

I was advised by UPS Parcel Services that new rules apply to postal and air freight services....in order to bring them into align.

The new limit for goods and shipping is $1,000 before Customs will want to have their cut of duty or GST.....

this means than if you shop on the internet you are up for the cost of the item plus shipping and handling costs....

of course the Cutoms web site does not reflect this yet...

but we live in the new world order of .... power to the people.
