Different seats
« on: April 29, 2020, 02:48:07 PM »
Over the years I have heard the question of what seats can fit a c3 Corvette

Has anyone ever considered SLK mercedes R171 or R172 seats?

Reasonably inexpensive when you consider they are leather trim and usually not that worn, here is just one example

They look like they may fit can you get a dimension across the outside of the  runners
what model are you thinking of fitting these to.

I am not considering fitting them to a Corvette,I went a different route and bought an SLK Mercedes and the seats are bloody comfortable,I did lots of comparing size wise between my C4 and the SLK and apart from the SLK being a little shorter most of the dimensions were very similar

Outside of runner to outside of runner is 450 mm
