 I took the time to read the constitution for historic rego, to say the least it needs work.
When circumstance is such that the courts system is involved.
I see the potential of a vehicle on historic rego, being a real legal mine field,for the owner as well as the Club.
 Henry Glapthone wrote, “The law is such an ass”.
In my experience , there is relevance to this day in this quote.
For all those on historic rego keep your paperwork up to date.
