Club Xmas Luncheon 2nd Dec.

Vettech:
Dont forget the Xmas luncheon at Lizard Log (Western Sydney Parklands free entry) coming up on the 2nd Dec. Eat ~12ish.

This is catered for food and drinks (soft drink/water) - we need to know more numbers so we can confirm with the caterer.

Limited seats, so as per last year, please bring your prefered seating, we will try to get the shelter next door, plus some of our own shelters to bridge the gap. I have a small folding table which fits in the Vette, if you have one please bring it along.
Should make for a good day out.

BYOG - however, dont forget I prefer a nice cold  G&T, feel free to bring "London Dry Gin" none of that foreign rubbish.

A nominal fee of $5 per head is applicable. Please contact Belinda, Wayne T, or myself ASAP.

Once thru the gate, turn next left, proceed thru the carpark to the far end, cars will be within sight, ~ 15m from the shelters.
(Watch the bump at the grill, drain, creek thingy.)

Mustangs and shopping trollies proceed to rear carpark, well away from the stars.

Weather WILL be good, so come along in your droves.

This is catered by the Club, let us know ASAP if you wish to attend.

I need to confirm numbers with the caterers.

Think too long and you will miss out.

Vettech:
Well Members numbers finalised.

We now have 65 confirmed and caterers advised.

Caterers will set up at 11ish for 12noon luncheon.

Members will rock in at 8am with tables, flags, tents, eskies etc.
We will most likely get the adjoining shelter, to ensure enough space.

This park has fine walking and bicycle tracks, so feel free to arrive early, enjoy the park or pitch in and help.

See you Sunday.

Vettech:
Well another year done and dusted, too much fine food to eat, with plenty of drinks to wash it down.

Fine day, good weather, but with maybe a little toooo much breeze.

But with breeze it was no where near as hot as it could be, and the breeze blew any flies well away.

Thank you to Belinda, Jeff, Vicki&Charlie, All the Wayne's, Smiths, Margaret, Tahlia, Cathy OMG its a cast of thousands.
And thats exactly what it should be, everyone pitching in, many hands make........ I could just go on forever.

Thank you everybody.

Now I have to find a place to recover, I think I've had far too much Sun.
