JPEG files
« on: October 10, 2018, 10:26:15 AM »
Why is it that jpeg files can not be uploaded to the forum.
Has this extension been removed as available extensions.
JPEG and JPG  are the same file, with a lots of people complaining about not being able to upload photos could the problem be the file extension.  Most of the time I get a message re 900kb etc
When the file is around 36kb but in jpeg

Maybe Peter our Server provider may be able to look at this, it appears our  moderator (Cam) is still away in Vict.

After Peter did something last time, I was able to get a small jpg's on.

My main issue is - my phone and this ipad take really great high res pics, but cant see  how to reduce the level of pixels.

I tried cropping and managed to get one pic from Berworra Waters day cropped to below 900 and it went up, but I cant get any of the other pics anywhere below 900.

Time for coffee, its raining and rolling thunder at Cecil Hills.
