Purchase price in 1965 was $4,798.60

I purchased the car in 2009, after it was imported from California USA and registered in Victoria in 2008, the frame is great, no rust, and clean, all the gauges, clock and original AM/FM radio still work,

I changed the seats for Recaro's, with heavy grained custom leather to match the factory door cards, and embroided the correct “Corvette” emblem and  logo into the headrests. (I still have the factory seats in great condition),

I changed the lap strap belts for full 3” Willans Racing harness's, (still have the 50 year old belts),

I changed the wheels for Polished American Racing TT2s with spinner centers, and Yokohama S drive 225/50/17 tyres, (still have the starburst wheels with good tyres).

I changed the steering wheel for a custom hand made replica Teak wheel, from the USA, (still have the factory wheel)

The above changes were made to make the car safe to drive on today's roads, I use the car for Club Runs only. Drives and sounds great.

Chrome and paint are great, car is a trophy winner at local shows, Period Hurst “Cue Ball” shifter, new Optima yellow top battery (still have the old battery).

Comes with History file back to 1995 showing California ownership – GM warranty replacement engine - L79 with 3959512 stronger block -

Asking $75k.   (8 C2s for sale on carsales at present ranging from $78k - $132k).  :thumb:
