engine bay mystery
« on: September 05, 2016, 07:58:40 PM »
This is a little embarrassing but there is a componant in my engine bay and I have no idea what it is!

It is a box about the size of a brick located below the brake master cylinder. It has an electrical cable and what appears to be a twisting cable that leads to the carbe. I only noticed it today because when I turned on the ignition it started to make a whirling sound!

Any ideas?
