Diff leak

Guys and girls,
Got a new hoist the other day, love it. Unfortunately you see a lot when you have a good look. From my uneducated eyes, it appears I have a leak from the front diff seal area. Given that my rear bearings are also a bit loose, what would be the best course of action.. Fixing it is obviously the correct answer here but do I need to do the complete diff removal.
Thanks in advance.

It's possible to change the seal with the diff in place .
But you need to know what your doing , to keep the preload as it was.

I have seen too many instances where people continue to pursue wrong courses of action because they do not take the time to think critically about what has happened in the past.’’
